Functional Job Analysis (FJA)

Functional  Job Analysis (FJA)  is a process to identify and determine in detail the particular job duties and requirements and the relative importance of these duties for a given job. This  combined with the information obtained  through an FCE can assist in determining the ability of an individual to return to the workplace.  We have provided FCE/FJA  testing and reporting to industry and insurers for over 20 years.
