Our team of experienced health care professionals is committed to your complete recovery. Our physiotherapists are qualified to treat a wide range of conditions, with a focus on both surgical and non-surgicall orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions and vestibular/balance disorders.
We provide the highest quality of individualized patient care available. We believe that each patient should be involved in all aspects of their rehabilitation. We focus on patient education so that our clients understand their condition and are able to play an active role in their recovery. Tom Crowell, Physiotherapist
- Physiotherapy Degree from Dalhousie University in 1987 and graduate from Acadia University and Queens University
- Post-graduate courses focusing on orthopedic and sports medicine topics
- Specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation with primary interest in acute and chronic orthopedic conditions
- As a long-time runner, cycler and swimmer himself, he has a special interest in related injuries.
- Worked in both hospital and private practice settings
- Served as team physiotherapist for a number of university sports teams including Dalhousie Tigers Men's Soccer and St. Mary's Men's Football and Hockey teams.
- Serves as Vice-President on the Board of Directors of Sport PEI, is a Certified Swim Coach and Swim Canada Official
- Involved with the administration of the Charlottetown Bluephins Swim Team.
Kent Crosby, Physiotherapist
- Physiotherapy Degree from McMaster University in 1995 and graduate of University of Prince Edward Island
- Worked in both hospital and private practice clinical settings in neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation
- Pursued post-graduate education in orthopedics, sports medicine, acupuncture, custom knee bracing, orthotic prescription, and concussion management
- Has treated a wide variety of conditions and particularly enjoys post-operative rehabilitation
- Kent coaches hockey and enjoys cycling, running, and playing hockey
Randy Goodman, Physiotherapist
- Physiotherapy Degree from Dalhousie University (1988) and a Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada (1994)
- One of only four Physiotherapists in Canada to receive the distinction of "Clinical Specialist in Sports Physiotherapy" by the Canadian Physiotheraphy Association
- Registered International Sports Physiotherapist by IFSPT
- International Sports Physiotherapist in British Columbia before moving to Prince Edward Island
- Examiner with Sport Physiotherapy Canada and Canadian Physiotheraphy Assocition
- Assistant Clinical Professor at the UBC School of Medicine, Rehabilitationand Exercise Science
- Supervisor of Therapy Services, Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games Polyclinic
- While his passion is working with developing athletes, Randy has worked with athletes from virtually all professional levels of sport. This includes athletes from the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLS, PGA, AHL, NCAA, and CIS. He has provided coverage for multiple international sporting events including World Championships, World University Games and the Pan Am Games
- He has coordinated care for multiple national teams including the Canadian Figure Skating and Freestyle Ski team, and consults with other national teams on the design of their integrated support for athletes.

Edie Rogers, Physiotherapist
- Physiotheraphy Degree from Dalhousie University in 1989 and a graduate of Acadia University
- Has worked in orthopedics and rehabilitation both in Nova Scotia and at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown
- Post-graduate studies in Acupuncture, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Functional Job Analysis
- Specializes in ergonomic assessments and Functional Capacity
- Coaches swimming with the Charlottetown Bluefins Swim Club and participates in Masters swimming herself.
Shelley Mokler-Clark, Physiotherapist
- Physiotherapy degree from Queens University in 1996, and a graduate of University of Prince Edward Island
- Post-graduate training in acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, neurology, orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and spinal cord injuries
- Worked in both Canada and United States and has worked in both hospital and private clinic settings
- Specializes in balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation
- Enjoys walking, cycling, camping, teaching Sparks and Sunday School.
Jenna Jo Cullen, Physiotherapist
- Master of Science in Physiotherapy, Dalhousie University, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, UPEI.
- Certified Women’s Health Physiotherapist with post-graduate training in pelvic floor health.
- Additional professional training:
- Dry needling: A safe and effective method for reducing muscle stress.
- Additional orthopedic and arthritic post graduate training.
- Aquatic physiotherapy: Pool-based one-on-one programming for patients who may benefit from low-impact therapy.
- Volunteer: Training parasport swimmers, PEI Physiotherapy Association (treasurer), 2023 PEI Canada Winter Games
- A former varsity soccer player, Jenna Jo maintains her physical and mental health by enjoying a range of active outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, and Nordic skiing.
- Jenna Jo’s loyal following of grateful patients trust her to support them with skill, compassion, and personal care every step along their path to optimal health.
Jenny Campbell, Physiotherapist
- Jenny graduated from UPEI with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and authored an Honours thesis on the effects of exercise on cancer patients in PEI. In 2022, she completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University
- Jenny has a passion for gymnastics as a former competitive athlete, Junior Olympic level 10 judge, and coach for several years. She also coached Colonel Gray women’s rugby for the 2017/18 seasons and became certified as a Sports First Responder in 2022
- Outside of her busy clinical practice, Jenny enjoys hiking, adult gymnastics, and golfing.
Jackie Smith, Physiotheraphy Assistant
- Jackie has been working with Charlottetown Physiotherapy as a physiotherapy assistant for over 16 years
- One of the best parts of her job is the interaction she has with the clients
- Outside of work she loves to cook and spend time with family and friends.
Virginia Proude, Bookkeeper
- Virginia has been with Charlottetown Physiotherapy since April 2018 as Bookkeeper
- Prior to that she worked at Purity Dairy for 22 years and the Credit Union in O’Leary for 7 years
- She also spent 3 years as Bookkeeper for West Prince Family Health Clinic and a summer at O’Leary Potato Museum
- Outside the clinic she enjoys ceilidh’s, reading, quilting, spending time with friends and looking after her horses.
Tracy Wood, Receptionist
- Tracey has worked with our team since 2006
- You will find Tracey out front greeting and doing general office duties, as well as filling in as Physio Aide
- Outside of work, Tracey enjoys nature, family, and working out at the gym.
Jamie MacDonald, Receptionist
- Jamie is a Holland College graduate
- Her favorite part of her job is interacting with physio clients
- In her spare time, Jamie enjoys reading and spending time with family, friends and her sweet Dachshund named Mochi
- Jamie is both an animal lover and a food enthusiast with a passion for Asian cuisine.
